Working with Ramon and his team has been generally excellent. Work is estimated quickly with a good degree of detail and a close proximity to true cost. The actual construction work I've received included electrical, woodwork and painting. Electrical work has been to spec and code. Woodwork (and drywall) was done evenly. And the team has painting tools to do the job precisely and quickly. Where R&B can improve is on estimating the time required. It's so hard to accurately predict the amount of work involved; and they estimate as close as they can but can always get better. I've already recommended R&B to two other friends.
