MISSION - Our mission at Upkeep Property Services is to help property owners maximize the value and enjoyment of one of their most significant assets - their home or investment property. We accomplish this through professional property maintenance assessment inspections in which we discover, document, evaluate and prioritize existing maintenance concerns; offer solutions; and recommend preventative measures to minimize future problems. VISION - To enhance the lives of our families, clients, co-workers and associates; to improve the communities in which we work; and to leave a lasting legacy of quality workmanship. BELIEFS - Our occupations allow us to serve God by faithfully using our time, talents, experience and resources to serve others daily. OUR CORE TEAM Daniel Kusky - Danny is a home inspector trained and certified by the nationally recognized American Home Inspectors Training Institute (AHIT). He is a licensed residential builder with over 30 years of commercial and residential construction experience. Von Miller - Von is a licensed Realtor with over 15 years experience as a real estate investor. He has successfully owned and managed both single family rental homes and multi-family apartment complexes and has also successfully completed multiple 'fix and flip' projects.
