Camden Roofing & Construction performed a roof repair at my residence between February and March of 2016 due to a storm which occurred that year. My residence sustained damage to the roof after a storm in 2015 or 2016. I was concerned because of the loss of shingles and roofing paper had fallen from the roof. Camden Roofing & Construction was referred to me by my insurance company, Liberty Mutual. Four years later, my roof is now leaking. I contacted this company February 10, 2020 to request an appraisal of my roof, I contacted them back in February 2013, 2020. The receptionist stated that she would have someone contact me. No one ever called. I called again March 3, 2020. I was told that someone would contact me back. No response back. I called again today, April 28, 2020, the receptionist stated that she would have someone call back. I waited an hour later expecting to get a follow up call back. No response which led me to call back to speak with someone again. I called the number, which was then answered, I said hello, but the receiver hung up on me after I stated what the call was in reference to. Thinking this was a bad connection, I tried again, and the same thing happened, she hung up on me again. I had my wife call from a different number a few minutes later and the receptionist spoke with my wife. My wife stated why she was calling, in reference to our roof issue and stated that I had called a couple times and she wherein she hung up. The receptionist stated that she had contacted the owner of this company each time regarding my concern and requested for an estimate. I inquired if there was someone I could speak with and she stated there was no one else to contact besides her and the owner. She stated that he was “not in town” but she would contact him again. I asked her if she could follow up with me regarding this call wherein, she refused to provide a follow up. I asked for the owner number that I may call him myself and she refused to provide me his number. I asked when the owner would be in the office and she refused to provide information, only stating that he would not be in this week. Now after $8,000.00 my roof is still leaking jeopardizing my family’s health and safety.
