Lee Ayers, Did a complete renovation of our schools teachers lounge. He had a very short time to complete the renovation, as he was doing it over the Christmas holiday when the teachers were out of school. His workmanship was outstanding as was his work ethic. He made sure that everything was done in a timely and responsible manner. Our lounge went from dirty, dull and old to an amazing café setting. I would highly recommend Mr. Ayers.

Lee is amazing. He was my repairman when I lived in Charlotte, and now that I am out of state, he does all the repairs on my rental properties. He does excellent work, is thorough in documenting before and after with photos, and saves me the add'l expense of having to go through a management company.

Lee did a great job helping us with a mold issue that stemmed from a leak in our roof. He uncovered the problem quickly and efficiently and called in experts to help him assess the situation and handled it well. We were out of town for the majority of the work, so I appreciated that I could trust him coming in and out of our home while we were not there for extended periods of time.

Lee provided excellent service installing a new door going to our back patio as part of a kitchen remodel. He is thorough, personable and above all, does outstanding work. We will use Lee again.
