John Bancroft Carpentry is a multi-generational company in business since 1985. Our success is largely due to our belief in performing the work the correct way the first time. We only use tried and true master carpentry and painting techniques. If I could give 0 stars I would! John took our deposit on May 28th and never showed up to do the work on our bathroom. He has not returned any email, phone calls, text messages. He refused to accept delivery of a certified letter and has not responded to the BBBs attempts to contact him either. He STILL has our deposit! DO NOT USE JOHN BANCROFT!

John was incredibly thorough and focused on detail when he remodeled our bathroom! He kept us well informed of his progress the entire time and stuck with the project to ensure everything was perfect! Anytime an issue arose, John responded immediately to make sure our bathroom was in working order. We loved working with him!
