Jason “inspected” a home I was buying on 2/10/18. He apparently did not do a good job. His report appears to be complete and thorough, however is mostly pictures and waivers protecting him if he misses anything. In my case he missed a major factor of my electrical panel being 200 amp rated, but only 60 amps coming into the house. He noted an exposed drip loop that was frayed, but never bothered to read what it said on the exposed pipe, that it was only 60 amps coming in. This is a MAJOR problem that can cause a fire and burn down my house. When I reached out to him, he kept telling me to look at the disclaimers and waivers that I signed, and eventually hung up on me. I had him on speaker phone and 2 people witnessed this. Do not use his services and he is not reliable and he doesn’t care about his customers. He only cares about the $ and how many houses he can do in a day.

Jason provides very detailed reports. He is also willing to discuss and provide clarification if needed once the report is complete. Awesome person!

Jason was very helpful to my family. He saved me from making what was probably a huge mistake. We ended up going with a different house and had the pleasure of working with him twice. He was extremely knowledgeable very thorough prompt and fair. I would highly recommend his services and would use him again.

Before buying a house, my girlfriend and I asked Jason Escobar to inspect it. He did so and found several minor things wrong with it. We asked the owner to fix the problems before the closing. We now own the house and have not found anything wrong with it that Jason Escobar did not point out.
