We fixed the framing, insulated, hung the drywall, taped, textured and primered this project. The homeowner's wanted to do as much as they could themselves...The basement was left unfinished(construction loan) until they could get settled in to their new 6,200 square foot main floor. It also had a seperate auto shop equipped with a wash room, paint booth, auto lifts and 20 foot ceilings.

This addition was to a home in Peyton that was to be a walk-in master bedroom closet and storage loft. We framed, insulated, and drywalled this project. The homeowner's are realtors who use our services regularly(we remodeled the bathroom that walks into this closet 8 months prior, we do repaints, decks, etc for these clients) The house was built in 1908....

The Triangle Building is a part of an effort to beautify downtown Denver. It's right next to the new train Depot and the Gates Building. It's primarily an office/retail building and is stories above the ground. Construction has been being conducted in multiple phases. Above & Beyond Enterpises drywalled floors 2 through 4, along with 4 other individuals the general contractor had hired. We framed(partition walls, structural walls and cosmetic), hung drywall and taped/mudded. We drywalled and Installed mounting boards for the tech/operating rooms for each floor.

This was a private residence where they put an addition on top of their garage, after extending it's ceiling height(thus called a pop top....). We installed the drywall, taped it and textured in what was to become the master bedroom/suite. I took few photos at the owner's request The homeowner did the priming and painting, as well as the drywall in the garage.

This project was done for some people who had a tenant move out after a few years of living in. It wasn't a wreck but needed things spruced up. We repaired any damaged walls, floors, trim, doors, wayns coat and painted/stained everything that needed. We framed in a closet in the basement and finished it out as well. We tiled the skylight and shower walls.

This was a condemned residence (actually 2 houses) that were purchased for $30k. We gutted it. We jacked up the floors and put in proper support systems(added a closet to hide one of the support beams in the wall), fixed the roof, the plumbing, the electrical and added HVAC. The clients wanted to take it slow, so we got the place to where they could live in it and finish at a later date, if desired.
