Disorganized Pre-Sales process. Met with Sales Rep Steve B. on April 27, 2020. I walked around the property to share the scope of work needed. Send survey the same day to Steve to save time designing proposals which he said would take about a couple weeks...
Not great customer service. First said they would come out and do an estimate, they never did. I then called back and they switched their story to want to charge us for the estimate. Seems dishonest since this was not initially the case.
