After many years of working for large appliance retailers we had noticed that customer service was no longer the number one goal.   | Dryer vent cleaning | Mar 2015 | Exterior dryer vent cleaning project. The customers dryer vent was completely plugged with no air leaving the house or the machine. There clothes were taking two or three cycles to dry. When the vent becomes restricted the warm moist air can not leave your dryer, that is why it takes longer to dry your clothes. The other big concern is house fire. The lent gets so backed up that eventually it comes in contact with the heater inside the dryer. Clothes lent is like the perfect fuel for a huge fire and it only takes second before there a flames coming out of the dryer into your laundry room.   | G.E refrigerator repair | Feb 2015 | Customers refrigerator was no longer cooling, blowing warn air. When we arrived I noticed that all the fans were running, lights worked but the freezer evaporator had no frost pattern. After putting down floor protection I pulled the ref out from the wall and noticed the compressor was not working. I took a voltage check and found no power going to the compressor from the main electronic control. I then removed the control and found a large burn mark on the relay to the compressor, this was going to be the problem.
