Custom Builders AVF Design

Custom Builders AVF Design, based out of Bellflower, is a general contractor that provides framing and storm shelter installation as well as other services. In July 2010, they did a re-roofing project using a permit obtained from the city of Norwalk, and they finished a roof replacement in June 2005 in the Lakewood Mutual neighborhood using a permit received from the city of Lakewood.
