Kevin Hodges watched the Bellevue, Seattle, areas grow over the years and noticed many painting contractors establishing new painting companies each year, just to see them dissolve as soon as the "Summer Painting Season" was over. Kevin realized that the exploding growth in the 90's would create a demand for honest, trustworthy, and reliable painting contractors.
