Great Customer Service! You guys came out very quickly to replace the cover after the snow pushed it in the pool. We will see you soon to open the pool this spring, thank you!
They came and opened it when they said they would, but the pool needed water. I was told to contact them when it was full so they could return and finish it, which I did, and they never returned.
Very unreliable. Scheduled an appointment 2 days in advance, took they day off, only be be texted 9:00 the night before he was not going to show up. I can't comment on their work, but lousy customer service.
