I had a lot of fun with this one! It was just a color change to a couple of walls to accent them a bit and we updated the fireplace as well. I used a Sherwin Williams primer called LocksOn to prime the brick and masonry. Then I applied 2 top coats of Behr Premium Plus paint. Don't be fooled, Behr makes some really good paint! The final colors are Basketry on the walls and Colonial Blue on the fireplace. Pretty cool, huh?

Just a quick little Wrought Iron Gate job. I used a Rustolem Red Spray Primer and the Top Coat was the Rustolem Universal Metallic Spray Paint in the Oil Rubbed Bronze Color. Also I found a quart of Cabots Solid Siding Stain on clearance for $2.99. What a steal! I had it tinted to the Oil Rubbed Bronze to coat the wood jamb the gate is attached to. It came out pretty good if I do say so myself!

This was an total re-do from the ceilings to walls to every bit of word work, including the hand rails, every door and all the cabinets. YES I DO CABINETS TOO! Did I mention that we took all the doors and trim from a dark chocolate stain to a bright white? On my interior work I prefer to use Behr Paint and this semi-custom home in the Saddle Rock Ridge neighborhood of Aurora was not exception. The Behr Paint and Primer In One is one of the few paint and primer combo paints that really does exactly what it says it will do. The cabinets are also done with a Behr Alkyd Cabinet paint. A fine product for a job like this. I am particularly proud of this house.

I used Benjamin Moore's Ultra Hide Waterbourn Exterior Paint on this little project in the Park Hill neighborhood of Denver. The homeowner was so pleased with the work and the pricing that she immediatly hired me to refinish the deck as well. Pictures of that project to come. Thanks for looking!
