Ace Custom Concrete

For every bad review there are 10 good reviews. I was getting ready to hire Ace Custom Concrete when I saw the neggative post from Zaine. Like any normal consumer about to embark on a large project, it sent up red flags. Zaine's post didn't make sense because I got good vibes from Eric when he came to do the estimate. There was a kindness in his eyes so I knew if the estimate was good that we would move forward. I decided to ask Eric about Zaine's post. Remember, there are two sides to every story! If I would have decided not to go with Ace based on Zaine's review then I wouldn't be looking forward to Spring when I can enjoy my new patio and walkway that Eric recently finished. I decided to trust my gut and move forward with the project, and I'm glad I did.

Horrible company. Its not even a legitimate company its a dba meaning it goes though his name credit etc, official business have their own tax id. His work is **** he doesn’t know what hes doing he did a garage pad and patio for me in November and by February all of the concrete is cracking. He also destroyed my yard completely. Im in the process of sueing this individual (which his name is eric r****** btw) hes completely poor and well over 60k in debt and has no means to pay for any damages he causes and he doesn’t have contractors insurance either. He doesn’t even own his own equipment he uses to do the jobs he rents every thing as he “thinks” he needs from different companies. Do not use him for anything at all! You will regret it!
