Many builders today spend their day in an air conditioned office and rarely see the jobsite. By being with the subcontractors and working in the house every day, my quality is assured. My subs know what I expect from them and will not take short cuts or use substandard materials. They know I demand quality for my clients and that I will be there checking for it!
