My nieces abd my kids gave me a $200 gift certificate last year. Do to the pandemic I couldn’t use it and now they are closed and I would like a refund. She keeps saying that she will send it but she doesn’t. I am in the process of getting a lawyer even thro it will cost be more but my kids and nieces used their own money to get me the gift certificate. They are owed the money. Very disappointed in we mean to Klean business.
