  | Osage Transformation | Jan 2013 | Saving the mahogany cabinet structure and refinishing the original oak floors helped retain the best features of this 1960's-vintage home. Phil custom fabricated replacement doors to match. Original poorly-constructed garage bedrooms were gutted and made an integral part of the home with massive custom walk-in closets, new windows and doors. Granite tile countertops, custom backsplash, mini-can lights, removing dark/dated paneling & re-texturing every wall /ceiling transformed the home from mid-century to marvelous. Elegant custom tile work in the kitchen, baths, and laundry room adds both beauty & value. Creatively transforming wasted space from an old built-in in the dining room to an extra custom pantry & then re-purposing the dining room eyesore into a custom laundry storage/work area created a better utilization of space. Gutting & rebuilding the unique sun porch provides a bright space to enjoy three seasons and connecting to the spacious backyard. The exterior got a much-needed facelift by replacing the carpeting on the front porch with beautiful porcelain tile, encapsulating the dated wrought iron column with a massive 2 x 12 structure, replacing the beat-up front door & light fixture, rebuilding soffits & facia, then finishing with a beautiful color scheme of new paint. | Grove, OK | |
| 1409 Maple Drive, Grove, OK - Complete Renovation | Dec 2014 | We saw the potential in this charming but dilapidated Lake view cottage that literally needed everything from top to bottom. Windows, doors, flooring, bathroom, kitchen. Reviving this diamond-in-the-rough required new custom cabinets with crown moulding, bamboo floors throughout, beautiful porcelain tile in the custom bath, luxurious jetted tub, classic "farmhouse" double sinks, a stack washer/dryer laundry area that maximized space -- and so much more!
