When we scheduled our Saturday morning service with Bob's, we mentioned that they installed both our furnace in 1996 and our AC unit in 2011. Upon our technician's 8:06am arrival today, we were informed that Bob's "has a policy" of not servicing furnaces over 20 years of age". You have got to be seriously kidding! How lacking in ethics does your company have to be to know our furnaces age and send a tech anyway, knowing you were not going to perform the service we requested???? In. What.World? We may be due for a new furnace in the near future, but it will never be Bob's that sells it to us. Shame on them!

In a Mill Creek track home resale, Bob's had a sticker on the attic furnace. I was installing an April Air 5000 high efficiency air filter, in the summer. I thought I needed a flange so I called Bob's to install it. I should have used my tape measure first... and done it myself, no flange needed!!! The heaviest of two technicians (350+) unscrewed the flexible duct, attached, plugged in the air cleaner, and reattached the duct for $300. It would have only taken 30-minutes, but the guy was so heavy, he had to position himself so he could work, and he was poking around testing the furnace (which I did not ask for, and they did not ask my permission). They were looking to upcharge me. So after about an hour they left, I was worried the guy was going to come through the sheet rock, and damage the ceiling. But they were careful, courteous, and cleaned up after themselves. Later in the fall, we turned on the furnace to heat our home. The heat did not work! (The reason I'm writing this feedback. To let you know to choose someone else, or at least to watch them closely!!! There are honest people out there (find them, and use them. Instead of using cheaters), and these guys were not. Or they "ACCIDENTALLY" turned-off the burner (using a safety/test DIP switch on the PCBA) using a switch inside the furnace on the circuit board. Well I was born at night, but not last night. Given the furnace worked fine before they came, I inspected the unit, read the instructions on the inside label about the DIP switches, and maybe the LED indicator lights. I found the switch controlling the burner, and turned it back on. They would have probably charged me another $300 thinking I was just another stupid sucker with my wallet open. I know people who've worked in the technical services industry, and too many work hard to upcharge you every time. Well I'm a win-win guy, honest pay, for honest work. Call a realtor or stop by a fire station is you need a contractor. They may already know who does good work, and firefighters are mostly handymen who work on the side. God Bless You All

My water heater had been leaking for months and it had just recently gotten worse. Aaron came out on a Saturday and showed me exactly what was wrong. We scheduled the install for the following week. The techs showed up on-time and did a great job! Thanks!

Bob's Heating replaced all of our ductwork for us, and ran a gas line so that we could install a gas fireplace instead of wood. It looks so much nicer in the crawl, and the house is finally warm. But the best part is it cut our heating bill in half! Thank you Bob's!! We will recommend you to everyone!
