We have been working with Ken Gennett president of KGR Services for several weeks. He has been helping us locate a condo in a specific area. He does not fail to call us day or night with information on a condo we have already looked or planning to look at. He goes above and beyond to get all background check information needed, such as property tax, HOA fee, type of insurance required, etc. Ken has obtained all of this information before we even step inside a condo to view for sale.
