I received Scott's name from my highly respected realtor, so I was confident in calling Scott, and I was certainly not disappointed in my choice. I found Scott to be very informative, helpful and patient in answering all of my questions and concerns. Scott gave practical suggestions for things I should consider repairing. His inspection report was very comprehensive, yet easy to follow, along with plenty of photographs. Scott's easy-going and friendly demeanor made the inspection a positive experience. His fee was very fair and I appreciated his discount nod to veterans, police, firemen, and teachers. I would highly recommend Scott for your home inspection.

I was googling for home inspections and also had people recommend some home inspectors and scoot was about the third person I called to inquire about price ,etc. he made me feel comfortable just talking to him over the phone and was very informative and the best part was he is totally down to earth and took his time doing then job not to mention he is reasonable prices compared to others some had the same price but their personalities weren't great and I like good vibes. I highly recommend Scott! I even saved him in my contacts for future properties ! Great guy and professional
