This project was a full house renovation where I was hired to install the kitchen cabinets, kitchen tile flooring and kitchen backsplash tile. Other services were being provided by other providers, so some items my look unfinished in the "after" photos. First I installed hardibacker board on the floor then tiled the floor. Afterwards i grouted the floor...it was approx 260 sq ft. I then installed all the kitchen cabinetry. Finally, I tiled the kitchen backsplash with accent strip and grouted. The area was approx 35sq ft. Note: This customer shopped/selected and purchased their cabinetry and tile.

Exterior Wood Rot Replaement with PVC: Remove sill on 3 windows. Install new pvc sill & caulk. Replace approx 8 ft of one cornerpost. Remove brick molding & install new brick molding on 1 window. Sink-set screw on shutter. Replaced 1 pc of brick molding at sliding door. Window on R by sliding door replaced sill-cap and top brickmold. Note: The materials were included in the cost of this project. And the customer was scheduled to have his house painted, so I did not need to paint.
