Ken reached out to me very quickly after I entered my new project. We set up some time for him to come to my house, but he never showed. Not even a phone call. Maybe when I said we didn't have a huge budget he lost interest. I don't understand why contractors sign up for these services if they don't want the customers. This is contractor #3 through Porch.com that either blew us off or didn't follow up with a quote.
