Anytime we have called HEAT, they have been very responsive in taking care of our problem. They always send professional and courteous tech's who get in, get the job done and get out so we can run our business. We will be using them from now on.

We had excellent service! The communication was prompt and thorough. They were on time and very professional. My son's room was hotter than the others, and they were able to adjust the duct work quickly and at a great price to resolve the problem. They first tried a more economical route before resorting to the costlier option, and this did the trick! I highly recommend them!!!
