Feb 2017

This Blue Bell customer moved in to a pre-built new construction home with an unfinished basement and wanted an area to retreat to after a hard day's work. This basement features a full bath with intricate tiling in the glass enclosed shower, a custom gas fireplace with a tailor-made tile surround and accented with a one-of-a-kind reclaimed 300 year old hemlock wood mantel, a fully functional "wet bar" with custom cabinets and granite top, and an entertainment space that is sure to wow visitors. Bensalem Kitchen

Jan 2017

This Bensalem customer suffered a water loss affecting their kitchen and needed to replace it. They took this opportunity to update the entire space and make it more user friendly. Small format changes made huge differences in the way this kitchen functioned. There was very little room to make any drastic changes though. Working hand in hand with the customer, we redesigned the room from the ground up. The cabinets are simple raised panel doors in a dark espresso wood and accented with streamlined brushed nickel accessories. The back splash is comprised of distorted glass tile balanced with delorean gray grout. It was finished off with white granite countertops, a weathered wood style laminate floor, and slate appliances.

Glenside Bathroom Project

Dec 2016

This main bathroom for the home suffered some minor water damage which caused the need to remodel the entire bathroom. The homeowner decided it was time for a change and we reformatted the room to her specific needs. There was a separate stand up shower and also a linen closet located in the bathroom that took away much needed space. Both were removed. The stand up shower was converted in to open storage and the linen closet was removed in favor of a duel vanity. The tiles on the walls were removed and drywall installed in its place. The floor was replaced with simple porcelain, wood grain, plank tiles. The double vanity is gray/green, raised panel with a marble top, china white porcelain basins and chrome duel handle faucet. The shower area is finished off with white, oversized subway tiles with a double over/under niche lined in round mosaic tile.

Broomall Bathroom

Nov 2016

Simple and traditional on a fairly meager budget was the exercise here. This customer's bathroom was worn out and obsolete and in desperate need of a makeover. In this case, the tile was removed from the walls and floor and started over. The floor received a mosaic hexagonal tile trimmed out in white grout. The walls were treated with beadboard paneling, finished with a chair rail on top. The tile in the shower is simple 6x6 porcelain tiles bordered with 3x12 bullnose and accented with an earth tone feature strip. The vanity is a traditional raised panel design with a level one granite top and a china white under mount sink basin. The room is brought together with brushed nickel fixtures and accessories and a neutral paint scheme.

Lansdale Bathroom

Aug 2016

This master bathroom was original to the home and had not been touched since the home was built over 25 years ago. The customer wanted to keep the bathroom format but update the entire area to something that was more up to date but classic with a wide appeal. The design process all started with the vanity and the custom granite vanity top with high, brushed nickel, "gooseneck" faucets and porcelain sinks being added to accent it. The earth tone tile used on the floor is contrasted by the light shower tile and all was finished off with brushed nickel fixtures and a frameless glass shower door.

Norristown Bathroom Remodel

Mar 2016

Customer had an old tired bathroom in desperate need of renovations and repairs. Old lead drain pipes were leaking on the 1st floor below the bathroom. There was originally only one sink in the bathroom but there was room enough for 60" vanity and a double sink. We replaced everything in the bathroom including all the plumbing and electrical. We installed a new double sink, 60" custom vanity with a Calacatta marble vanity top and a glass tile backsplash. The floor is 12x24 porcelain tile that mimics Calacatta Grey marble. The shower is lined with a dark grey linen pattern 12x24 porcelain tile with the same glass tile inlay as the backsplash over the vanity and finished off with bright white corner shelves.

Johnston Bathroom Remodel

Jan 2016

This Lansdale customer wanted to completely remodel this dated hallway bathroom with a modest budget. We ended up gutting this bathroom down to the studs and started over with a clean slate. Simple and elegant was the goal that was achieved by using beautiful, glossy, subway tiles in the shower accentuated with two wall niches that are outlined in matching pencil tiles and wood grain porcelain plank floors. The space is finished with a clean white vanity and top and accented with brushed nickel fixtures to create this refined, timeless look.

Plymouth Meeting Kitchen Remodel

Oct 2015

The customer wanted their out dated and dysfunctional kitchen updated to include more storage space but not take away from what is and already small kitchen. The space was taken down to the studs and started over again to include new plumbing and new electrical to make sure there would be no issues with the systems. All the materials were included in the cost of this rehab except for the appliances which the customer bought separately. The customer chose solid wood, dark stained cabinets and complimented them with "New Caledonia" granite countertops. All accented by a white subway tile back splash with a granite/glass feature strip. Floors are ceramic tile with a light colored grout and the accessories are all stainless steel and brushed nickel.
