Daniel Milliken is a talented, experienced, and conscientious contractor. He excels at carpentry but can handle any type of home construction or repair project. Daniel has worked for clients of mine, installing fences and pergolas. The work he did at my home included installing new hardwood floors, repairing and renovating the back porch, building new stairs and a screen wall. Milliken Construction will be returning to my home in the fall to install new gutters and do fascia repairs. Daniel approaches each project thoughtfully, considering all options. He listens carefully to a client's input and then explains the reasoning behind his approach. He is very easy to work with, trustworthy, and intelligent. Daniel takes pride in his work. Daniel's work is excellent and his fees are very fair. I trust Daniel to do a superior job and importantly to point out issues that arise (as they always do when you are dealing with a 80+ year old home) explaining options for dealing with unforeseen problems. Daniel is always pleasant and professional. I wouldn't want anyone else working on my home repairs and improvements.
