About First Class Carpet Cleaning
We have been in business for 16 years and service most of the Chicago metro area. Our specialties include truck mounted steam cleaning for carpet, upholstery, and tile floors. We also use a NADCA approved system to thoroughly clean air ducts. Another service we offer is water extraction from flood damage. The BBB has rated us A+. I had previously used First Class Carpet. Because the experience was so positive I contacted them again. I have my carpeting and rugs cleaned annually, so I've used many different companies over the years. The ONLY positive experiences have been with First Class Carpet Cleaning. Both technicians were very polite, professional and went the extra mile.

| Water Extraction | May 2015 | A long term customer in Elmhurst called us and said her basement flooded in her rental home. Kathy immediately went there and began extracting water, first with the water claw, second with the truckmount wand. We set up a few blowers to help speed up the drying process, along with an industrial strength dehumidifier. Also, the carpet was treated with an antimicrobial.
