Homeowner asked us for a free inspection and quote. We noticed that the very old roof had moderate wind damage and heavy granular loss. Some light hail damage as well. Our certified inspector recommended to the homeowner that we have the insurance company send out an adjuster to review the roof with us. We met the adjuster at the home, showed them the damage over the years and the insurance company decided to approve a free replacement of the roof, minus the deductible of the homeowner. Because the homeowner saved $7 - 8K, they were able to upgrade to a high end shingle and underlayment and make some additional upgrades to the home with the money they saved. This is why we love our job....helping homeowners improve the value of their home!

We were called out to complete a free inspection of the homeowners home and found moderate wind damage to an already old roof that needed to be replaced. We also found some damaged siding. We worked with the homeowner to file an insurance claim on the wind damage and the home owner was awarded $4,200 to help replace the roof. We removed the old roofing material in order to replace the underlayment, add ice and water shield to prevent ice damming and water damage, and we replaced the homeowner's roof and couple pieces of siding that we matched up. The house looks great!

We did a free home inspection for the home owner due to recent storms in the area. We found the roof to have moderate damage due to hail and some wind. We filed an insurance claim and were able to get the homeowner a new roof! We upgraded the home from a low-end 3 tab shingle to a better architectural and improved their ventilation so the roof would hold up better in the heat. Great family on a limited budget. We did a complete makeover on the home and kept their costs reasonable while replacing with the highest quality craftsmanship. Bob called us to inspect a leak on his roof. We inspected the roof, found the chimney flashing to have been installed incorrectly. We replaced the flashing and also fixed some light damage to the rest of his roof. Much of it was at no charge as Bob will need a new roof in a couple of years. His leak of many years is now gone, saving him and his insurance company thousands of dollars in potential water damage.
