After another company merely gave me an appointment 5 days later, with a house call beginning at $160, the receptionist at Revival Energy spent a huge amount of time, working with me and consulting with the repair staff, to solve the problem with my wifi thermostat, which was keeping my furnace from running, over the phone. We talked several times, she went on line to watch and find videos for me, and called me, after hours to check in. It was her late phone call that got me to try one last time, and it worked. It was amazing to experience this level of help with no payment.

We have a new HVAC system (furnace, a/c, and ducts) from another contractor. We kept getting smells from the crawlspace and from the fireplace so I was looking for advice. After an encouraging chat with Jim at Revival Energy Group, we had one of their experts come to the house. It was extremely helpful. Robert completed an analysis which was technical and detailed, but he translated that into easy information which made sense to us! Revival/Robert provided advice which was logical, practical, reasonable, and useful. My husband and I want to invest in practical solutions for energy and for air quality in our home. It shouldn't be too difficult? but I'm happy to share what we've learned... We trust the guys at Revival to help me make sense of it all. And we trust them to implement solutions that work. :)

I had Revival Energy Group come out to evaluate a house we recently purchased. Ben did a fantastic job analyzing multiple aspects of our home's energy performance. Using an IR camera, he found an area above one of the bedroom ceilings showing evidence of high humidity in the attic. Upon inspecting the attic space above that room, it was discovered inadequate ventilation had caused a humidity problem in that area. I never would have known this had I not had Revival out. Any house I purchase in the future will have Revival's audit as part of the inspection process. I highly recommend their services to anyone.

My husband and I were thinking of adding insulation to our attic. We had Revival do a full audit first, to find out if there were other energy saving measures we could take. The audit was great! Robert happily answered all our questions and we learned a lot about our house. Based on the audit, he recommended we do air sealing first, then insulation. We had Revival do the work the first week of December. The crew was polite and efficient. I didn't bother to vacuum the hall that week because our attic access is there, but the crew vacuumed every day before they left. They left my hall cleaner than they found it. Our house has never been so comfortable! I could feel a difference the very first night, before the project was even complete. Our downstairs used to be so cold in the winter that I had to wear a coat, hat & scarf. Now our downstairs is as comfortable as the upstairs. Our energy bills are lower too. The improvements are paying for themselves. I am very happy with the work Revival did! We plan to have Revival back to replace our furnace when the time comes.
