A Plus Design and Remodeling

I had 2 bathrooms and a kitchen that was in desperate need of a remodel. I did plenty of research on remodeling since this would be my first remodel. I narrowed my search down to 3 companies. When I began to get estimates from different the contractor I wasn't very impressed. That was until Adam came to my home. He was very professional, kind and honest. I had a instant connection and I knew he was the contractor for me. As the project began, Adam always gave me updates and made a great effort to make sure I was happy. There was a couple of issues a long the way but Adam always addressed them right away. Thank you Adam for all the great work you do.

We hired Adam Simon (A Plus Design and Remodeling) to demo an existing wood patio and replace it with a new 3” aluminum patio cover and posts with two waterproof dome skylights and a center light fixture and fan with a wall switch. The patio has built-in rain gutters. This job included removing and replacing shingles where the patio connects to the roofline, installing new anchors for the patio posts, and installing and painting new fascia boards. It was a pleasure to work with Adam. He found ways to make things happen. We had received three other bids, and one of those bidders said we could not have skylights installed while another said we could have skylights but not in the location we wanted nor the shape. Adam assured us it could be done as we requested and he confirmed specs with the manufacturer. He also verified with City Hall that we could have what we wanted. He pulled all the required permits and the job passed with flying colors. Adam was excellent throughout the process. He listened to what we wanted and made suggestions on ways to improve our vision. He was very patient with us. He was very professional and thorough with everything he did. He came or called every day to be sure the work was proceeding as expected and we were happy with what was being done. He made sure we were pleased every step of the way and that we were satisfied with the finished product. His workers were very courteous, professional and friendly as well. They cleaned up every day of the job. Adam is a caring professional and we have recommended him to neighbors and friends. We have just contacted him to do some other work.
