This commercial building has multiple HVAC units as well as Commercial evaporative coolers that we service annual for the last 3 years. For the evap coolers our techs remove old cooler pads, filter baskets, belts and clean water pumps (replace if necessary) as well as remove debris from base pan and seal with a rubberized sealant to help stop and prevent rust due to water corrosion. Techs also lube all moving parts, clear distribution tubes, adjust float(s), adjust belt tension, check for blower amp draw setting and flush drain line with c02. For the package HVAC units our techs performed a full system evaluation including loaded amps draw, capacitor tolerance, refrigerant psi, split temperature differential, cleaned evaporative/ condensor coils and recorded all readings with any recommendations needed for optimal system performance.

Removed & replaced old outdated undersized split system Heat pump in basement home located in Mesa AZ. This home had an improper sized indoor/outdoor split system which our techs replaced with a high efficiency 14 seer 5 ton Carrier. The air handler was located on a platform in the basement and the condenser was located outside on the ground which was in poor condition and had a loud compressor. Home also had a evaporative cooler tied into the controls of the thermostat & air handler which we made sure to operate properly before we left this job site which was a must per homeowner. Striving for the best install is a MUST with our company!!

This mega car dealership is located in Avondale AZ and when they need service because an AC unit has died they relied on our company to get there ASAP! John R. the used car sales manager is a great guy to conduct business with so when he placed the call for a hot "bull pen" I knew that meant business.. OUR techs were able to respond within an hour and get this place cooling within an hour! They had several other companies out before us and all kept replacing part after part and charge after charge when the entire time the culprit was a simple faulty thermostat! Our tech was able to perform a quick process of elimination and diagnose the CORRECT problem and get them back to cooling on this hot 114 degree day! This monster facility holds 40+ package heat pumps with EMS controllers plus a Liebert system for the IT room. This job started as a unit inspection with performance reports and lead to multiple units being replaced due to grounded compressors, blower motors, and leaking coils! In addition to the amount of hours put in to properly provide a full inspection report, the EMS system was upgraded on the ENTIRE building including communication wiring thru out the building to location of controllers! and numerous repairs were made to ensure peak system performance!
