Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Tampa Bay / H & H Vickers

My experience with Mr Rooter of Tampa Bay August 19,2016 Well, here we are a full year and a half after the nightmare that was my experience with Mr. Rooter of Tampa Bay. Taking the trash out this morning I hear the alarm going off on my septic system. Only a year and a half and either the pump they put in, the alarm they put in or the float switches could be the only things that could be malfunctioning. All stuff that would be from less than hundred bucks to maybe three hundred for a top of the line pump. By the way they charged me $1268 bucks for the pump they installed. LOL! Anyhow, I thought I would give them a chance to redeem their name with me and sort of start fresh. So I called them up to have them come out. The owner Heath called me back an hour so later and was more interested in arguing with me about what they did last year than taking the opportunity I was offering him. I tried several times to redirect the conversation to my current needs but he was not interested. He said he wouldn't be coming out. Who knows what they might have found that needed fixing or replacing this time. But Heath missed and exquisite opportunity. It turned out to be a stuck float switch. Five minutes of his time and an honest diagnosis would have gone along way in redeeming my opinion about this operation. As it is, all I can conclude is my original experience really was the true nature of the company. My husband and I bought an older home which has had many issues especially with the plumbing. I called Mr. Rooter and they sent out Kyle. What a great guy, very informative, professional and friendly. He took care of the problem and we take less motrin. Will definitely call again if any other issue arises.

I was very pleased with the professional manner that Kyle Helton provided while taking care of my problem. The service was provided in a timely manner and my concern was treated and handled like it was there concern. I would definitely recommend Mr. Rooter of Clearwater to anyone in need of professionals.
