This homeowner came to us after having a bad experience with another contractor. They are both working professionals who have limited time to spend on shopping around for products and services. They wanted one place to go for all their design/build needs. Our process takes, you our client through each step with attention to detail. The planning and design phase is the most important as it sets the stage for an efficient build. During the design phase the customer was stressed over where they could allocate funds to get the most bang for their buck. Owner, Lou Amiano, assessed the entire situation and saved them lots of money by simply refinishing their existing wood floor as opposed to ripping it all out and replacing with new floor. This allowed homeowners to get window treatments for their front rooms. During the project the homeowners did experience any issues that needed to be resolved. They were pleased to have the freedom to work stress free during the day and relax at night because the assigned project manager cleaned up or told directed subcontractors to do the same.

This homeowner came to us after interviewing another design/build firm. They wanted to incorporate their new kitchen area into the family room giving their house a more open and airy floorplan. They were told by others it could not be done. We told them it could and showed them how. By taking down a wall and blending the cielings in approprately we wowed the homeowner. As you can see in the pictures the ceiling change gave the family room a grand appearance. Even their pooch was happy.

These empty nesters were ready to make their masterbath what they wanted it to be. They wanted an easier to use and pretty shower area. They wanted more storage sapce so their personal items were not always sitting out and they wanted to keep as much natural light as possible since they were going to need to close off windows to get more wall space.

This kitchen needed to be enlarged, updated, and upgraded. Our design and sales team came up with a great idea to bump the kitchen out towards the rear of the house 4 feet. This small bumpout gave them the extra room that they needed without killing their budget. Next we talked to them about what kitchen cabinets would best suit their needs. We mixed style with functionality to give them a kitchen they could entertain in and cook in. The end result was an amazing kitchen remodel with some very happy customers.
