Several years ago, my husband and I were looking for a company or contractor to build us a new, larger back porch. We met with a couple of different people and we're struggling to find someone willing to take the time and actually listen to what we wanted/needed. Then, we met Michael Gregory from Sunroof Express and he knocked our socks off with his knowledgeable expertise, project management skills, and friendly, professional demeanor! He helped us design the perfect porch, showed us a variety of materials options, provided us with references (and we went to see their own porches), and explained warranties and the overall timeline for our project. The entire experience was a breeze - and the team at Sunroof even came back to help remove a side wall panel to allow our hot tub to be delivered/installed after the porch was done! Amazing customer service and we LOVE the results!

Express Sunrooms provided a custom 8' fence and 40' x 20' full synthetic deck with pavers leading into our backyard. Their work was well planned using three dimensional computer drawings to express or needs and to facilitate exactly what we wanted. Every step of the process went very smoothly and left no questions unanswered or surprises. The price was reasonable for the end results. We made a significant investment in our home, which has raised property value and increased enjoyment of the back yard. They have earned our respect and trust. We plan on building an in ground swimming pool. At completion we will use Express Sunrooms to build a fire pit and outdoor kitchen. Everyone one on the team is friendly and a true professional. You can't go wrong with Express Sunrooms!

This is the second time I have worked with them. The first time was to replace the screens in an existing patio with windows. The second time was to move the previous work done and triple the size of the patio. They did a great job of walking through what would be done, the cost, and the time required to complete. I was pleased to say the actual cost was less than the quoted cost and it was completed earlier than estimated. Outlets, heat & air, and ceiling fan installation was included and it is now our favorite room for the family. Highly recommended…

I cannot speak highly enough about Express Sunrooms. They listened to my needs, offered additional ideas and suggestions based on their experiences and designed a sundeck that was beyond my expectations. They showed up when they said they would and worked each day until the job was done. The quality of the work performed that of professionals. The price they quoted was the price I paid. You will not go wrong with Express Sunrooms.

Next we installed a louvered roof system that can be adjusted by remote to control the amount of sun/shade or it can be closed completely for rain or complete sun protection.
