PALMER CONSTRUCTION

Palmer staff came to check my house and garage for a quote on complete re-roof. Palmer staff never bother going into attic or on the roof to truly see if there were any leaks and what the condition of the roof was. As it turns out (thanks to Avidus) I found out I had solid tongue and groove and didn’t need the additional sheeting Palmer added to their quote. Their dumping fees were also higher than the other two contractors I had called for quotes. Palmer charged me for more square feet of roofing than the other two contractors. Not sure why they needed a whole extra square of roofing than the other two? Overall, it felt fishy and deceitful, and I didn’t trust doing any work with them after I saw they padded their quote in so many ways. Overall, their quote was $3,100 more and they didn’t offer as much for that money.

I used to work for pal.er construction as a fence guy. I had no idea what i was doing seeing how i never built a fence in my life yet they not only put me in charge bjt held me responsible for how long it took. They are unrealistic and take short cuts. DO NOYTT HIRE THEM FOR ANY JOB. ROOFING, FENCES, ECT

I had a roof done by Palmer Construction and will use them for any future contracting work I need done. Communication was great, roof looks great and they were fabulous working with my insurance company.

They installed a fence for us. When we had issues with anything, they addressed them to our satisfaction. Enjoying the finished product.
