Modern Interior Paint Job (Walls & Trim)

Feb 2016

Here, we were hired to paint the master bedroom and open great room of this contemporary home. Accessing the 20' ceilings and cut up sections of wall required many large ladders being used on the interior of the home including a 16' A-frame. After performing prep on the walls and the trim, we then masked off and sprayed two coats of semi-gloss enamel on the doors and trim. Once the trim was cured, we returned and sprayed high quality Benjamin Moore Regal Select eggshell paint on the walls. Everything turned out flawlessly and we thank our client for trusting us to work inside their home. Price included all supplies, trim and wall paint, clean up and labor. Visit our website for more examples of interior work we have performed.

Garage Paint Job Sout Hill

Apr 2014

The previous person to paint this garage did not do any prep work or even pressure washing and so we were dealing with total paint failure. This is what happens within a few years without proper prep. Even though the job was small we prepared with surfaces property and even pressure washed the house while we were out. Then the siding was primed with a bonding primer and painted. Scope of work: Remove failed paint by hand Sand areas of trim and siding smooth Pressure wash building Prime with Bonding Primer Paint

Spokane Valley Bungalow

Apr 2014

This was a straight forward repaint of a small bungalow in Spokane Valley, WA. The cost included painting the garage as well and extensive failed paint removal in preparation for paint. With grooved wood shingle siding it can be difficult to prepare them properly when the paint is failing. The wood is soft and gouges easily. We have methods that can gently remove areas where the paint is no longer holding and then the remaining paint is "glued down" with special bonding primers before painting. Scope of work: Manually remove failed paint into dropcloths and dispose of Pressure wash house and garage Sand smooth window trim Remove moss from roof Spot prime bare wood Apply bonding primer to areas of house with failed paint Apply two coats of high quality latex paint
