Poor attitude horrible customer service. Do not use this company. File a complaint with AHS. This was the worst customer service experience I’ve ever received in my life. His attitude was horrible from the time I open my front door. I cannot believe American home shield is associated with this guy and his business. Members of my family spoke to him as he walked into my home he ignored them he was horrible. In 3 minutes he diagnosed the problem. After diagnosing the problem he just grabbed his tool bag and started walking out. He was not even going to tell me what was wrong with my AC unit! I hate pulling the race card. However I’m curious to see if the other negative reviews are African-Americans or no. DO Not Use this company! The one good review he received has to be from someone he knows. No business ownership ever represent their company the way this guy does. He does not care about his business or his reputation. Do not use this company.

Mason Mechanical was a welcoming interaction. Scott came in, asked a few diagnostic questions, and got right to work. In a short period of time, he explained the problem, fixed what he could and placed the order for what he needed. Advised he'd be back when the part was delivered. Excellent customer service is rare; however, not on this case. Scott went out of his way to pickup the part, returned the next day and fixed the problem. Moreover, he gave advice and tips on how to save money and self care for our HVAC units. Finally, I don't always write long reviews: but, due to the negative reviews, I felt I had to tell my honest opinion. You won't be sorry for using Mason and I was nervous because it was via American Home Shield. I had read really negative reviews for both, but I always give the benefit of the doubt and judge for myself. I did and I was extremely pleased. Kudos to both Mason Mechanical and AHS!

Terrible attitude. Sent by AHS warranty company. Seemed like the lazy technician came out first said I had a leak told me to get another company because they are backed up 5 weeks or more. I called the warranty company they had them back the next week. Same tech. Checked the AC he told me I found the leak. I can’t fix it Told me to find a Trane dealer. Seems like all this company wants to do is. Ollect the service fee and pawn it off to another company. I would never ever ever recommend this company for anything.

Company used due to home warranty only!!!!! The service technician was not friendly at all. He was was stand offish and a bit rude. He looked at the unit briefly; spoke down to me like I was not smart enough to work the thermostat properly; then said "you're going to be without a/c for a long time" "I'm done here" anCompany used due to home warranty only!!!!! I said "what's the plan to get it fixed?" He ran down a script about the secretary making some calls and then calling me to schedule to have a motor replaced. Was he really going to leave without giving me some kind of follow up plan?
