This project became a bit more intense having to crawl under the home and replace piping for proper installation. As you'll see in the pictures, the old water lines were blocking the ability to remove/install the hot water heater. Total time on this job was close to 7 hours. In the end the husband was very excited he didn't take this project on himself and the mrs was happy to have it completed.

Customer had a leaking toilet and had a son who tried to repair with lag bolts and a big wrench. Turns our their was no toilet flange, the seals were shot as well as the shut off and supply line. Client opted for new toilet which cost $80 than what the value of all other repairs would be. We had two toilet options on the service truck from an ADA Toto Toilet to a builder grade for which the customer needed to keep cost down and chose the lesser of the two. In the end we completed the job in just about an hour with another happy and satisfied client.

Customer requested a whole home safety inspection be completed. We found that the water flex lines on top of the water heater were leaking, the washer box valves would not shut off, and that the shut off under the sink and supply line were need of replacement in addition to tightening sink faucet.
