The Crew was great! They answer the phone promptly when you call, and there’s a friendly and knowledgeable person on the other end to talk to. They did the vent inspection and repair in a timely manner, and they did a great job fixing it. Worth the money. I would highly recommend them!!!

Worst duct cleaners ever. They basically use a more expensive shop vac. They were supposed to do a full furnace inspection, clean the return air duct, and clean all vents. Well, they spent 30 minutes at my house total, where they didnt do half of what was ordered from their own sites cleaning packages. It smelt like dust even more when they left because they basically just stirred the dust up in the vents. They made no attempt the clean the return air vent or do the furnace inspection. I had wood pieces that were in my return air and i left them to see if the company would clean them up.... They did not. Do yourself a favor and hire a real duct cleaner that uses the large trucks that seal off your entire duct system, put a vacuum at the furnace return air, then open on vent at a timr and blast each one with compressed air to loosen and remove all dust. These companies have been ousted by local news Jesse Jones as a scam, dont do it. Most 5 star reviews are bs/fake or come from ignorant people. The cost is the same for the real companies. If you want to just burn your money or through it away hire Airganic, but my advice is run!
