Travis just assembled an IKEA sofa bed efficiently and with skill. He is very easy to work with and when I have another job, I'll definitely call him. I highly recommend his services!
Peter H.
Travis did an awesome job assembling my furniture. When the assembly was more complicated than either of us expected, he literally stayed until 11pm to get the job done. He had to bring in extra screws, which he had in a collection in his truck, just in case. Great person too. Could not be more satisfied!

Great job in assembling my finding table. Reasonably priced and professional work. Highly recommend him.

Travis was absolutely fantastic. I wanted to have a 65 inch tv mounted to my wall and depending on the work a 2nd tv mounting as well. First, Travis was punctual. He was very personable, which put me at ease. He thoroughly kept me informed of what he was doing and making sure of what I wanted. His work was clean and professional. I would absolutely recommend and use Travis again! Thank you so much

Door & Window Installation | Mar 2024 | This new door and window installation project in Seattle involved cutting out entirely new openings in the side of this customer's house for a new patio door and window! First we had to reframe an opening to the right of a mini-split drain so we could avoid it. Then we installed the customer's new door and window afer they relocated a power outlet. Next we trimmed out the new door and window on the inside of the house, while matching the exterior trim to the other windows. We finished up with some interior finish work that included drywall patching and painting the effected areas to blend everything in. | $5k | Seattle, WA
Vanity Replacement | Mar 2024 | This double vanity and countertop replacement project in Marysville started off with the removal of the old vanity but quickly escalated into mold treatment and water damage remediation work. Patching, texturing and painting of the damaged wall was also done. We then installed about 35 SF of new tile on the bathroom floor and side of the bathtub where the vanity was removed. Finally we were able to install the new vanity, countertop and faucets. Last thing was to grout the newly installed tile. | $8k | Marysville, WA
Office Renovation | Mar 2024 | This sweet little break room and bathroom office renovation project in Kent started off with the demolition and disposal of the existing kitchen cabinets and countertops, followed by pretty much everything in four employee restrooms. First thing we proceeded to install after the demo was new kitchen cabinets, a new kitchen countertop and a new dishwasher. Then we installed new vinyl flooring, wainscoting and Schluter tile trim in all the bathrooms. Next we installed four new toilets, sinks and mirrors in the bathrooms, and a new sink in the kitchen. Last thing we did was paint the kitchen and bathrooms, then it was time for happy hour! | $45k | Kent, WA
Crawlspace Upgrades | Mar 2024 | This crawlspace upgrade project in Issaquah wasn't so much about aesthetics as it was about safety and utility. We started by extending the upper storage area for better function and safety. We then added a walkway along the west wall. Next, we cut out 10 additional vents and screens to add ventilation and natural light. We also treated a few small areas of rotted wood on the north side of the house, in addition to four 6x6 posts supporting the deck at its base. Then we fixed a lopsided doorway that involved re-squaring the rough opening and then reinstalling the frame and trim, then caulking and painting. A stretch of stairs were added to the north side and continued west along the north wall with a landing halfway up. We can now affirm that this is the safest, most productive crawl space in the Puget Sound region! | $25k | Issaquah, WA
Fence Replacement | Feb 2024 | This privacy fence replacement project in Sammamish involved the removal of the existing fence, followed by a clean installation of 85 linear feet of new fence boards and posts. Materials used included western red cedar dog ear fence pickets, pressure-treated hem-fir lumber, pressure-treated premium posts, framing nails and concrete mix. A trip to the dump to dispose of the old fencing marked the end of yet another successful HRT project! | $5k | Sammamish, WA
Basement Finishing | Feb 2024 | This beautiful basement finishing project in Sultan involved installing Rockwool insulation between ceiling joists. Then TWO layers of 5/8" drywall was hung on ceilings, and 1/2" was used for the walls. Ceilings and walls were then painted. The hard work continued with the installation of LVP flooring (including stairs). Finally, baseboards were installed. We also did a lighting upgrade that included six ceiling light fixtures. Disposal/dump fees were included. | $18k | Sultan, WA
Everett Bathroom Remodel | Feb 2024 | This bathroom remodel project in Everett was about as labor-intensive as a bathroom remodel could possibly be! First we demo'd the entire old bathroom. Then we closed off the old bathroom area (required construction of an entire new wall) and installed a new doorway that involved re-routing some electrical. Next came a new toilet, followed by 50 SF of new tile flooring. A new window and recessed medicine cabinet soon followed, along with a new bathtub. Some moldy areas were also removed and replaced with new drywall and insulation, and painted. Did all the necessary plumbing work for the new tub (which was A LOT). We also installed concrete board where necessary. As if all that weren't enough, we then had to do a subfloor replacement. Then we had to bring all the rest of the plumbing to code. We're not done yet! Next came some repairs underneath the home, which included installing a support beam under the kitchen exterior wall. Several other load-bearing elements were added as well. Whew I need a beer! | $50k | Everett, WA
Mold Remediation & Flooring Installation | Jan 2024 | Oh boy, where to begin with this project. So this small, single room flooring and drywall replacement project in Seattle, ended up being a much larger mold remediation and multi-room drywall and flooring installation job! After pulling up an initial 60 SF of old flooring and discovering black mold from a previous water leak, we ended up continuing to pull up flooring where previous leaks were present and subsequently stopped work to then conduct a full mold remediation! After the dry out, demolition and disposal of the water (and sewer) damaged subflooring and drywall, we then treated all affected areas with anti-microbial application. In the end, we replaced over 300 SF of sublooring, LVP, drywall and baseboards! | $17k | Seattle, WA
Chimney Repair | Jan 2024 | This chimney repair project in Renton involved repointing two chimneys above the roofline. We added caps to both chimneys where there were none. Then replaced counterflashing on both chimneys. All loose bricks were mortared back into place and broken ones replaced, and any damaged mortar was restored as well. We also installed new counterflashing all around the chimney base above the roofline. Now break out the clean-burning logs and hot chocolate, it's cold outside! | $5k | Renton, WA |
