About Patricia Brennan Architects
Patricia Brennan Architects (PBA) began its existence in 1983 with the premise that responsiveness to client input, coupled with an innovative design process, will provide maximum results. PBA's architects, interior architects, and designers are working to inspire creative answers to programmatic questions, integrate humanitarian and environmental concepts and provide leadership as part of a project team. Projects reflect our ability to creatively solve problems related to site, program, structure and budget. Areas of expertise include a broad stylistic range of residential construction, from renovation projects to new homes, lofts and townhouses. Certifications and Awards AIA Home of The Year - Awards Ceremony, Guest Juror AIA Home of The Year - Union Art Artist Cooperative Seattle Time's AIA "Home of the Month" Seattle Design Commission Award for "Neighborhood Design That Works" Chandler Prize for Achievement in Design, Boston Society of Architects, M.I.T. In September 2010, a property owner contracted Brennan Patricia Architects for a remodeling project using a permit obtained from the city of Des Moines; in September of 2008, they completed a remodeling project using a permit acquired from King County.
