About VWV Construction Inc.
We are a family owned and operated business since 1983. We specialize in custom built homes, modular homes, house raising and renovations, demolition, excavation and complete turnkey services. We believe our reputation is our best advertisement. In the post-Sandy world we see how many contractors are ripping people off, taking on more work than they can handle, deceiving trusting, honest people. As Sandy victims ourselves, we understand the devastation, both financially and emotionally. We live and work in Ortley Beach so we have a vested interest in seeing the Barrier Island and surrounding areas rebuilt by an honest, reputable company. What sets us apart from our competitors is we don't take on more work than we can handle, we don't take big deposits up front and we finish our jobs in a timely manner! Top notch company. worked with them for our new modular home through the design and coordination phase with the modular home people. The on site work after the home delivery was done professionally without delay. The owner was on site every day checking progress . Costs were very competitive as well. Would recommend them highly.

After our beach house was damaged by Hurricane Sandy, we had to totally renovate the entire interior. VWV came in and took over the sheetrocking, new doors, trim, and painting to get the house back in livable condition in record time. We're very appreciative of their expertise and valuable support during that time.

VWV provides snow removal services at our very large work site. The snow removal service is done at a fair price and to the highest quality to ensure customer safety.

First met VWV construction when neighbors had their home demolished / rebuilt after Super Storm Sandy. We admired their work ethic & craftmanship. Now using VWV for our home elevation. Sonny & Michelle are great, always respond quickly to emails /& keep us updated on progress !
