Horrible customer service and horrible owner. My original bill was $150 for the inspection and then after escrow it was $225. I asked if they would be kind and extend the courtesy of the original amount of $150 and they refused I even offered a 2nd inspection for an additional property and they were more than eager to provide the inspection for the additional property but unwiling to reinstate the original amount for the 1st property inspection. They are threatening to send to collections and unwilling to take my money for the $150 inspection. Apparently their services are worth $150 but try to add an additional $75. The housing market is hot in the Bay Area and they know this so they can take advantage of the consumer. They would rather have all of nothing then 100% of the original price of the service. I would never use their service again for any inspections.
