Terrible, Horiffic Service. Do NOT use this company NO MATTER WHAT!!!! This company has caused so much unnecessary pain and anxiety in our family. We hired them because of a leak we noticed downstairs. For an entire YEAR, yes an entire year, their lack of communication and unresponsiveness has been appalling. Finally as the project came to an end, we finally enjoyed a mere few months of having our house back to ourselves... Imagine the shock and horror when we came downstairs and saw the same exact leak as before. More than half of the visits made are uncoordinated and a waste of time, as the work that is necessary requires multiple steps ahead of time and nobody seems to care. They might have a licensed contractor on staff but they clearly do not have their hand on any part of this business. They designed the shower so that the sloping retained water instead of proper sloping towards the drain (amateur hour) They destroyed the slab for the threshold which was very expensive, and they did not hot mop underneath the threshold which they claim is the cause of the second leak. I have been in the construction industry for 20 years and have never seen such blatant disregard. We still have not been given a SOW or a timeline and we are over a year into this process. FREE would be to expensive for what this company will do to try and destroy your lives, with their slow Chinese Torture approach to plumbing and communication.

Children's Primary Care Medical Group La Costa has had a few floods in our suite. Floors and walls were damaged. Like quick responders they were out to our suite and quickly the repairs. Everyone that we have worked with so far are Great!!
