At Precision Air Conditioning & Refrigeration our number one priorty is to ensure that we provide each customer with air conditioning or heating before the night is over. BUT WAIT! to provide each customer with there air conditioning & heating repairs or replacements at an affordable price, efficient arrival timing, proper diagnosis, and accurate repairs takes a team. We strive every day to improve our education in air conditioning repairs to stay on top of the "once mechanical part industry" that is now fastly crossing over to computer boards & electronic mechanical devices. At the end of the day all of us are human and as the owner writing this, I try to have empathy for the daily personal struggles any one of my employees may have during the year. I'm not a counselor or phsycolosgist but I can usually tell what kind of day one of my techs will have when they walk into my office at 6:30am. I listen to there problems and do my best to see it through there eyes but while at the same time reminding them to leave these problems here and motivate them to make it a good day for our customers. Most of the time people say the customer always comes first. Here at Precision Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Inc it starts with the employee. Keeping up good moral is one of the most crucial jobs to up keep as the owner. I believe when we turn this into a habit though it guarantees we provide every customer with outstanding customer service!
