We needed a replacement heating and cooling unit in our sunroom. As usual Quality was prompt in getting in the necessary equipment and installing it. Malcolm did a great job and took time to explain both the warranties and how the unit works.

Our air conditioning went outn and we called Quality and they came out the same day and determined the unit had to be replaced. Rich Sr. came the next morning and explained what we would need for our house. At same time we decided to include the furnace also. Work was started the next and by the afternoon all the old equipment was out and new was giving us air. Next day everything was completed. Everyone was very courteous and well informed about their business and product. all the work was done in a neat fashion and clean up was great also. Everything on the operation was explained after the install. We also took the 2 times a year maintenance. Our hats off to a great team.

Used Quality Heating & Cooling to update our builder's grade heating and cooling system. The owner came to our house and listened why we wanted to replace the system we had and came up with 2 or 3 options for us. We never felt pressured to purchase one system over another and options were explained in layman's terms so we understood what we were buying. Very fast, professional install and we have opted for yearly inspections--spring and fall to make sure the system is working at optimum level and to change the filter.
