Our crews are local, well seasoned and professional. Philip C Lemke is a Florida Certified Building Contractor, and has been working in Florida professionally since 1998. He is originally from Pennsylvania, and has been in the building profession for forty years. He relocated to Southwest Florida in 1998 and obtained his Florida builder's certification.

I needed to remove and replace 900 sq. ft. of floor tile that was cracking and lifting. This contractor is local and offered to review my problem the day of first contact. After consulting on site with the tile installer, a proposal was emailed to me within 3 days. I also met with 2 other local companies but neither had the same professional courtesy. This company became a team working together to repair my tile floor and keeping me I formed and involved in the process. It was a messy project but at the end each day the work area was as clean as possible. The company owner was a daily visitor to be sure the project was on schedule and his team had the supplies they needed to complete the job. I am beyond happy with the new floor and baseboard and the treatment I received by this company. They and were always concerned that I was satisfied with the progress and project. I highly my recommend this company without reservation.

Phil and his team just completed a tile shower renovation for us....we couldn't have asked for more. Tony is a great plumber and Darin exceeded our expectations on the tile installation....beautiful job! Phil and Bill checked on progress during the project and kept in close contact with us. They even pick up and deliver the tile. If you need a bathroom renovation don't hesitate...this is a great company. Thanks to all. Tom and Carol Andrus

Having worked as a insulation installer for over 25 years I can tell the difference between shoddy workmanship and quality work. Mr Lemke finished my renovation on time at a reasonable price and with quality material. if you are looking for the job to be done right I recommend Philip C Lemke.
