  | Clearwater Remodel | Jul 2009 | The owner wanted more living space along with larger windows and a better view of the lake. So in this design I removed the lakeside wall and added 12' on to the front of the house. I also worked in to the design a shed dormer in the living area to bring in more natural light. To help keep costs down and to add some architectural interest I left the existing roof trusses in place and designed the dormer around them. (the owner wrapped the trusses in copper). | Clearwater, MN |
