One phone call, and within 30 minutes a visits after asking me specific easy answer questions to diagnose before a visit. Then expert input on my options after fixing one of the two issues. Within 1 hour my second issue was solved with a new garage door opener, one not oversold but the one with the features that met what I communicated as my needs. Excellence all the way around!!!

l have to say that i am very impressed with the service provided by this company. They are very effective and phenomenal customer service. I gave them a call and within 20 minutes they were at my door step. I had a problem with my garage motor and spring and they gave me a quote on the spot for the replacement which i immediately accepted. The price was fair. Within no time, they installed a new garage motor and spring. Nice work guys, am glad you were not scared of the dog :)

I am not very tech savvy and I do not have the habit of carrying out any maintenance at home. I am guilty as charged! Yet when you get a high quality service such as that given by 1A Garage Doors, you do not really need to worry much! I have been availing of their services for the past few years and they have never let me down. They have managed to resolve all my garage door problems properly and promptly every time!

I have just had the pleasure of having a chat with Andrey from 1A Garage Doors about the state of my garage door. He came over after I called them, and he was really nice and thorough. My garage door needed a spring replacement and he also gave me some tips to maintain it in a good condition and avoid problems. Very happy with the service provided and the rates charged were really competitive.
