Exterior Painting and Gutters

Jul 2014

Here we painted the exterior of this home a color scheme to compliment the color of the brick. We replaced the trim around the window with cement fiber 1x4's and repaired some rotten siding along the back of the home. We also installed rain gutters to match the new paint scheme.

For this project the home was in average shape just due for some updating. We replaced some rotten window trim, pressure washed the exterior, painted the exterior, installed a new 30yr roof, and installed new seamless rain gutter around the entire home.

Foundation Repair

Jul 2014

This property owned by a private investor was approximately 4.5 inches out of level at its lowest point. Upon deciding to use Helical Piers for the homes foundation repair this house had a failed sewer line repair and a water line leak in close proximity to the foundation which did not help the issues with the rest of the foundation. Proudly we were able to bring this home back to level within one inch, driving our piers to a depth of 14 feet before hitting bedrock.

Harker Heights Custom Pergola

May 2014

This was a unique project where the customer wanted more shade cover from the evening sun that made the back porch too hot during the summer months. Their were also building restrictions against a full patio cover. So the best idea was to build this beautiful pergola!

Custom Piers, Leveling and Underpinning

Mar 2014

For this particular home we installed over sized 2ft x 2ft square poured concrete piers to match what the previous contractors started with the foundation. Here the home owner requested that we level the home that had two different types of foundation piers, so we went with the best option for foundation longevity. This homes "underpinning or skirting" was never installed below the siding, and around the foundation. After leveling the home we started on the underpinning. This helps keep large amounts of water from washing under the home and causing the piers to lean, or sink.
