Remodel place of houston. LLC

We own an Assisted Living Home in Missouri City Texas. We hired Brian and his team in October 2018 to install Barn Doors in 2 areas. We paid deposit plus paid in advance for the hardware. The barn doors were hung unfinished with only 1/2 of the hardware installed. Brian and David both stated they would come remove the Barn Doors to correct errors with measurements, stain/paint, and add hardware on Friday (end of week). Friday I received a text message from David stating they had to complete another project over the weekend and would not come remove the Barn Doors as origanally agreed upon until Monday. On Monday late evening I texted both Brian and David - no response. I then placed a call to each of them - no answer. Needless to say - I’ve called and texted both of them from my number, my business number, and my work cell number with no response. Several messages have been left with not 1 return call or text. I’ve since contacted my bank and plan to file a small claims law suit in an effort to obtain our money back. This company presents well with beautiful pictures of previous work done and “talk the talk” however I/we are very disappointed with the lack of professionalism and workmanship of this company. Please beware before you use this company.

Brian did a fantastic job on my kitchen remodel. Price was right, very professional and above superior production. I couldn't be happier. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for quality work, completed on time and within my budget.

Kitchen remodel... I couldn’t be any happier. Brian and his team did an amazing job. From start to finish all our questions were answered and communication was excellent. Any concerns were addressed in a timely matter. Anyone who offers a 2 year warranty really stands behind their work. I’ll be contacting The Remodel Place when I’m ready to makeover our bathroom.
